Christmas Picture Preview

We went to Picture People and had Han's Christmas pictures taken. She was actually smiling this time. I was so greatful since the Halloween photo shoot was not so good.

**They have the copyright spot on them since I'm copying and pasting from the preview site**

My Christmas Inspiration

I saw this decor in the Pottery Barn Kids Christmas catalog. Not that we could ever buy all of the pottery barn decorations, I decided to steal the look and do my version. I've been shopping for nutcrackers on ebay, Craigslist, and thrift stores since October. I'm pretty proud of the way it looks. I think I spent 1/3 of what it would have cost to buy the look from pottery barn.

Hannah's first parade date.

Hannah and Jack had a date at the Chuy's Children Giving to Children parade today. I wasn't sure if we were going to go, but Jack called Hannah and invited her to sit with him, eat some snacks, and watch some floats (all for a good cause)! Hannah and Jack had a fabulous time sharing snacks (Jack sure does like blueberries!), watching the floats, and people watching. Thanks, Jack and Kristen, Jack's mommy, for spending the afternoon with us!

Hannah's secret pal.

Hannah has a secret thanksgiving pal. She got a card in the mail from her pal. She was so excited to receive mail. I told her I bet I knew who her pal was, but I wasn't telling!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Gettin' some love from cousin Katie.

My yummy sausage, broccoli, and mushroom quiche.

What a fabulous thanksgiving we had. We had brunch in the morning with the "Diggs Family" then lunch in the afternoon with the "Lunoff family". Hannah ate quiche for the first time (that I made, it was beautiful AND delicious), turkey, mashed potatoes, and of course pumpkin pie.
