Corn on the cob.

Have you ever seen a toddler eat corn on the cob?! It is the funniest yet cutest thing ever. She made a MESS, but she loved it.

Dog Gone.

Well, it was a good idea. Roxy was a sweet, loving, and gentle dog....with Richard. She became very protective of him and less tolerant of me and Hannah. She was never agressive toward us, but our vet had some very big and serious concerns that it would only be a matter of time before she would become more agressive with me and Hannah. So, we made the hard decision to return her to her foster mom. We'll keep looking for the perfect dog for us. As for now, I'll leave you with some casualties of Roxy. Poor ball. Poor woo woo. Roxy, we hope that you find a very loving home.

Hannah is a big sister!

We got Hannah a super sweet ultra lovable golden retriever. Her name is Roxy. She is a a year and half old (Hannah's age). We adopted her from Austin Dog Alliance www.austindogalliance.org. Hannah is beyond excited....she can barely stand herself.

It's beginning.

So proud!

Elmo socks (yes, those are two different socks) and her Keen's.

Hannah's becoming more and more independent each day. She's exploring the world wanting to do everything herself. This morning, that included picking out her own shoes (and socks) to wear with her plaid sundress. I never imagined I would let my little girl out of the house wearing such a tragic number, but it so wasn't worth the fight to make her change her socks and shoes. She was so proud that she put her socks and shoes on by herself. Richard loved it since he knew how much I so badly wanted to take them off and put her white sandals on.

Shop til' you drop!

Richard took Hannah shopping Sunday afternoon. They shopped and shopped. She was so tired she feel asleep in the cart.

Beautiful, Dahling

Oh, dear. We're in trouble. Hannah found the jewelry set I was hiding from her. She insisted on wearing the earrings, bracelet, AND necklace.

Hannah's Baptism

We baptized Hannah yesterday at St. Anthony's Church. Friends and family were there to witness this special event. The mass was 2 1/2 hours long and Hannah was sooooo good. Afterwards, we had everyone over to celebrate.
