Dear Blog,

I haven't forgotten about you.  I've been busy and haven't had time to upload pictures from the camera or phone to my computer.  I'll be back soon, no worries, with super cute pictures of Hannah.

Clown!

Hannah dressed up as a clown for Kalyn's birthday party.  We didn't get to stay very long as she was one tired clown!  She had a great time playing with Kalyn's babies, kitchen, and high chair. 

Be My Valentine!

I took Hannah to Portrait Innovations for her annual Valentine Day photo shoot, which also is around the time of her 1/2 birthday....I can't believe she's 2 1/2!!!

Face Painting

Hannah had the best time at her cousins Brady & Katie's birthday party at Pump It Up.  There was a fabulous clown name Kiwi that did painting and balloon animals for the kiddos.  Hannah was unsure at first about the face painting, but after I showed her that it was okay, she was convinced.  She first got her hand painted, then she found the courage and had her cheek painted.  She was so proud of her "make up". 

Big girl room

It was sad taking down the baby room stuff and bringing in the new "big girl" stuff.  She is so proud of her new bed and new decorations.  She's showing everyone that comes over her big girl bed.  I'm proud to say that I let my creativity juices flow and made the lamps (well just added the fancy beads), dressed up the plain picture frames with scrapbooking paper and stickers, and put some WalMart $4 picture frames to good use with some pictures of Hannah from this past year. 

Happy New Year!

Good bye 2009 and welcome 2010!  I can't believe how fast time has gone.  2009 was good to us.  We made some home improvements, got a new car, and we gained new members of our family (January baby Madalyne)!  Hannah grew like a weed this year.  She has learned so much!  She knows her A, B, C's, how to count to 20, several words in Spanish, can sing lots of songs, knows the names of members of our family including cousins, loves to read, loves to go to Target and HEB, and loves spending time with her Nana's and Papa's.  We look forward to 2010 and all that it may bring.  We began the new year with a new big girl bed for Hannah.  She's very excited about her new bed and comforter.  We wish all of our friends and family a very prosperous and healthy 2010.
