Hannah is a big sister!

We got Hannah a super sweet ultra lovable golden retriever. Her name is Roxy. She is a a year and half old (Hannah's age). We adopted her from Austin Dog Alliance www.austindogalliance.org. Hannah is beyond excited....she can barely stand herself.

It's beginning.

So proud!

Elmo socks (yes, those are two different socks) and her Keen's.

Hannah's becoming more and more independent each day. She's exploring the world wanting to do everything herself. This morning, that included picking out her own shoes (and socks) to wear with her plaid sundress. I never imagined I would let my little girl out of the house wearing such a tragic number, but it so wasn't worth the fight to make her change her socks and shoes. She was so proud that she put her socks and shoes on by herself. Richard loved it since he knew how much I so badly wanted to take them off and put her white sandals on.

Shop til' you drop!

Richard took Hannah shopping Sunday afternoon. They shopped and shopped. She was so tired she feel asleep in the cart.

Beautiful, Dahling

Oh, dear. We're in trouble. Hannah found the jewelry set I was hiding from her. She insisted on wearing the earrings, bracelet, AND necklace.

Hannah's Baptism

We baptized Hannah yesterday at St. Anthony's Church. Friends and family were there to witness this special event. The mass was 2 1/2 hours long and Hannah was sooooo good. Afterwards, we had everyone over to celebrate.

The weekend project.

The finished product!

Hannah enjoying dinner at her new table. I added a tablecloth to make it extra special.

Hannah trying out the table before it was finished. She wanted to have a tea party.

Richard is notorious on Friday afternoon for saying, "what are we going to do this weekend?" My response is usually, "hopefully, relax.". Not this weekend. Richard had the brilliant idea to build Hannah a table. I got to help decide upon the colors (pink and green, duh) and he did all of the rest! It looks amazing. He did a fantastic job and most of all Hannah loves it. She even wanted to eat her dinner at her new table. Richard, Hannah and I are so lucky to have such a kind, creative, and talented person in our lives. You're always thinking of ways to make us feel special. We love you!

Dada's girl.

Hannah is a Dada's girl. She loves her Dada almost as much as her "b". (Just kidding, Dada)
I just love the silliness between the two of them!
